How it works

1. Create a Pilates Place account

Create a user account. If you already have an account, you can skip this step.

2. Choose the voucher amount

Pilates Place gift vouchers are available in amounts of €50, €100 and €200. We can also create a voucher for a custom amount on request.

3. Tell us who the voucher is from and for

Please specify who the gift voucher is from and who it is for. You can also add a personal message if you wish.

4. Send the gift voucher

You can send the gift voucher directly to the recipient as a link or receive it as a PDF at your own email address.

The recipient can use the voucher to purchase a suitable product of their choice, such as a single-class, 5-class, 10-class or event pass.

Gift vouchers

How long are gift vouchers valid?

Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

What can the gift voucher be redeemed for?

The gift voucher can be applied to all regular services at Pilates Place Hannover—for example group classes, personal training or memberships, subject to availability.

Does the gift voucher have to be redeemed all at once?

No. Depending on the amount, the gift voucher can also be redeemed in instalments until the balance has been used. Any remaining balance stays valid until the expiry date.

How is the voucher redeemed?

The recipient simply books their preferred class or appointment and brings the gift voucher to the studio, or enters the voucher code when booking. The amount will then be credited in the studio or through the booking system.

Can a voucher be paid out in cash?

No. The voucher value and any remaining balance cannot be paid out in cash.

What happens when the voucher expires?

Unfortunately, the voucher can no longer be redeemed after it expires. Please make sure to book an appointment in good time.

Can I exchange or cancel a voucher I have already purchased?

As a rule, vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded. For special circumstances, please contact us directly and we’ll see what is possible.

Do you also offer corporate or team vouchers?

Yes. On request, we also issue gift vouchers for teams, companies or special events—ideal as a gift for employees or clients. Simply send us a short message.
