Pilates Place is a boutique Pilates studio specialising in exclusive Pilates methods that are still rarely offered in Germany, including Reformer, Cadillac and other studio equipment.

As a registered trademark, we have successfully established ourselves in Hannover and stand for quality, trust and a distinctive training experience. Our strong visibility is driven by collaborations with well-known influencers reaching more than 500,000 followers, as well as renowned partners from various industries, including Valentino (L’Oréal) and Porsche/Porsche Zentrum Hannover. This foundation makes our concept not only unique, but also scalable and attractive to franchise partners.

Passion for and interest in fitness

You should have an affinity for fitness, although it does not necessarily have to be Pilates.

A business mindset

You do not need to be a seasoned business professional, but you should be able to think commercially and entrepreneurially.

Time to invest in your studio

We are always there to support you, and our concept is built on well-established systems. Nevertheless, you should be prepared to invest time because it is your business.

Sufficient financial resources

Building and operating this type of business requires a certain budget. If you do not have the full amount available, you should at least have a strong credit profile.

Enjoy working with people

In the Pilates business, you are constantly working with people – with us, instructors and clients. A friendly and positive attitude is essential.

Do I need to be a certified instructor myself?

Clearly, no. Your role is to run the business.

Our qualified Pilates experts take care of the specialist content. Your responsibility lies in managing the commercial side of the studio.

How quickly can I get started?

Once the contract is signed, the timeline largely depends on you. We provide the processes, systems and support for recruiting instructors and staff.

The biggest time factor is finding a suitable studio and, where necessary, completing renovations.

Do I need to manage the studio full-time?

We are your partner, so you are not building the studio alone. Responsibilities are shared across several people.

Can I open multiple locations?

Yes. Once your first location is operating successfully, we are happy to support your expansion.

Do I need ongoing equity capital?

Yes. The exact amount depends on several factors, but you should have a five-figure budget available.
