The minimum term for all memberships is six months. After this period, the membership renews automatically unless it is cancelled on time. The notice period is one month before the end of the term.

Memberships

How do I book an appointment or class?

Each month, you receive a set number of credits (for example, 8 credits with the Premium membership). You can use them to select and book 8 classes during the month.

Bookings are made through our booking portal, so you need a user account.

What is the cancellation notice period?

You must cancel no later than one month before the end of the contract. The membership runs for six months. If it is not cancelled, it automatically renews for another six months.

Can I carry my membership credits over to the next month?

You can carry your membership credits over to the following month up to three times if you are ill, pregnant or on holiday.

Can I use the membership for all classes?

With the Basic and Premium memberships, you can use your credits for all regular classes. The Early Birds membership is valid only for classes held between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m.

You need a separate pass for special events (such as workshops), mat Pilates or independent training without an instructor.

Can I pause my membership?

If you are travelling for work, pregnant, planning a long trip or ill for an extended period, we can temporarily pause your membership.

How can I cancel my membership?

Send us your cancellation at least one month before the end of the term. After that, the membership automatically renews one month at a time. Link to cancel your membership.

Passes

How do I book a class with my pass?

You receive a set number of credits once (for example, a 5-class pass includes 5 credits). You can use them to select one or more classes through our customer portal during the validity period.

How long is the pass valid?

Pass credits have different validity periods. A single-class pass is valid for two months, a 5-class pass for four months and a 10-class pass for six months.

Can I use the pass for all classes?

You can book all of our regular class formats (for example, all full-body workouts).

Can I cancel the pass?

We do not normally cancel passes. However, if you do not live near one of our studios, we can cancel the pass and refund the amount. Otherwise, we are also happy to extend your pass free of charge so you have enough time to find a suitable date or class.

Can I temporarily pause the pass?

No, the pass cannot be paused, unless you become pregnant or are ill for an extended period.

Can I share the pass with someone?

Yes. We can assign your pass to several people so you can share it. Each person must have a user account with us.
